General: This advertising agreement is for "The Power Project", a 100+ page book highlighting local women that have attended or sponsored The Ladies Power Lunch in Southwest Florida. By registering for the Power Project Book, your submission for this order is in full effect as of the date of this enrollment. 

Cancellation policy: Cancellation request of this advertising agreement must be in writing and acknowledged by Bee Shining Media Group, Inc. within three (3) business days of the execution of this agreement.

Ad copy deadlines: In order to publish on time. You hereby agree to complete your photo session and return the two-page required Q and A for the written portion of the book by no later than July 30, 2025. It is the advertiser's responsibility to submit all changes and approve proofs in a timely manner. Failure of the advertiser to submit changes and/or approve the proof by publication deadline does not constitute cancellation of contract. Publisher reserves the right to submit the last proof on file to Bee Shining Media's in-house copywriters and submit your profile and headshot on file to be published. 

Payments: After the initial $450 start-up payment (billed separately) a recurring monthly payment will be applied to the credit card on file once, every month for 12 consecutive months. At any time during this period the advertiser may elect to pay off the entire balance in full with no more obligation to monthly payments. 

Placement and Availability: All advertising is on a first come, first served basis and is subject to availability. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, specific placement of advertisements in any of our publications or category-specific exclusivity is not guaranteed and shall note be a condition of advertiser participation. Advertiser understands that premium positions take priority over non-premium positions.
