We are looking for businesses that really SHINE.

The Vineyards Country Club offers a private, spacious ballroom for 250+ attendees. A focused group of participants to meet, engage and purchase products or services with your company representatives.

All sponsors and vendors receive one or more luncheon tickets, based on their sponsorship level, for a three-course, plated lunch; and a six or eight-foot vendor table complete with fine linens and table skirting in addition to the amenities in their particular sponsorship level.

The Vineyards Country Club provides incredible food created by top culinary chefs, expansive floor to ceiling windows overlooking the greens, great music and ambiance.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge I have read the terms contained herein and I understand that the Ladies Power Luncheon NAPLES reserves

the right to assign, reassign, and/or remove any vendor from the event for not complying with the terms outlined in this agreement.

Refunds are only accepted with a 30 day advance notice of the event date less a $75 cancellation fee. If vendor/sponsor purchase is less than 30 calendar days from the event date- there is no refund or exchange. The purchase is non-refundable.

Photo Release

I consent and authorize The Ladies Power Lunch and Bee Shining Media Group Inc to use my likeness in any photograph, video or other digital media taken or to be taken during any of their events, in any and all publications, including print or web-based publications. I understand and agree that all photos are the property of The Ladies Power Lunch and Bee Shining Media Group Inc. and will not be returned to me. I acknowledge and confirm that I am not entitled to any compensation or royalties with respect to the use of the photos, videos, or other digital media taken.
